- Download it from here!
- Get it on your email address by filling the form
- Or get it on your smartphone by sending text “WISE” 313131. You’ll receive a message along with the card image.
2) The next thing you need to do is to print the card that you received in your phone, or email id, or downloaded from the website.
3) Cut the card with the help of scissors.
4) Now your card is ready to use. You just have to bring it with you to the pharmacy.
5) Show the Wise Rx card to the pharmacist and save money on your medications.
