As the flu season is approaching, the risk of people getting sick is more. People are taking extra precautions to protect their health, which has increased the pharmacy team's demand more than ever.

1. Get a move on.

We know working in a pharmacy leaves you with high-stress and lesser free time. So rather than taking out a particular hour for your workout, focus on stepping while doing your job. You can encourage your team too. Set a goal for yourself and try to reach it whenever possible.

2. Make time for meditation.

There is no doubt that employees working in a pharmacy are under a lot of stress and pressure. It can increase the levels of pharmacist burnout and anxiety. Being a pharmacist, you can work on your anxiety by practicing meditation. Take out some time in the morning before starting your day to shrink your mental mountain back into a molehill.

3. Prioritize a healthy diet.

We're what we eat. If you don't eat a good healthy diet, the chances of getting sick due to weak immunity are more. So encourage yourself and your team to grab healthy food. Be mindful of food allergies and company food policies, such as where to keep food and where to eat.
